How do I Receive $100 from
The Apartment Book Locator?

 To qualify for the $100 Bonus, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Register with The Apartment Book Locators before your first visit to the apartment where you plan to lease. Go to Getting Started and submit your apartment search criteria.
• Identify The Apartment Book Locators as your only referral source on your Guest Card as well as application for the apartment you are visiting/applying for.
• Sign a lease with and become a tenant of an apartment that is listed with The Apartment Book Locators.  (We cannot give a $100 bonus for a lease signed with an apartment not listed on our service.)
• Report your lease on our website. Click here.
• Live at the apartment and fulfill the terms of your lease for at least 90 days.

 Please Note:

• All leases must be reported within 30 days of your move-in date.
• Only one $100 reward will be granted per lease signed (only one person per unit may report the lease and claim the reward). Leases five (5) months and under will only be eligible for a $50 reward.
• A Bonus will not be given if tenant signs a lease at an apartment where he has previously lived (or a related property of the apartment).
• A Bonus will not be given if tenant has been a current or former employee of the apartment (or a related property of the apartment) where tenant has signed a lease.
• An “related property” of the apartment is any other apartment that is owned or managed by the same company as the apartment where tenant has signed a lease.
• Payment of the $100 Bonus is subject to the consent of the property.
• Once we receive your lease report, we will contact the apartment to confirm your lease. Then we will process the Bonus, 90 after your move-in date

Do I have to pay anything to register with The Apartment Book Locators?
No. Our site is free and registration only takes a few seconds.

How do I report my new lease?
Simply go to Signed a New Lease and fill out the form. It only takes two minutes!  

When will I get the reward?
As soon as we confirm with the community at which you leased that you listed The Apartment Book Locator as your sole referral, we will begin our processing. Once all of the above requirements are met, we’ll send your Bonus.
